BME 210 - Mathematical Methods in Biomedical Engineering 3 units Mathematical and computational methods applied to biomedical engineering. Topics include: i) statistical analysis of biomedical datasets, ii) design of experiments to meet FDA requirements, iii) solution techniques for partial differential equations, and iv) modeling of stochasticity in biological systems including error analysis.
Prerequisite(s): CompE 30, MATH 133A , Graduate standing (or by instructor consent) Grading: Graded
