MATLAB programming basics. 2D and 3D data plotting and graphing, advanced linear algebra, dimensionality reduction, visualization of high dimensional data, and applications to clustering and classification.

Prerequisite(s): MATH 32, MATH 129A and MATH 163 (each with a grade of B or better), or instructor consent.
