Impact on primary components of health care systems: facilities, approaches to care and treatment modalities, and personnel. Quantitative and qualitative techniques and applications to improve health care systems; performance measures used to evaluate access and quality of care. Impact of healthcare policies, laws, economics, and current US health care culture on organizational performance and patient outcomes.
