Previous General Education Requirements

Students approved for earlier GE patterns have four options:

1. Follow the General Education Requirements pattern described in the current Academic Catalog;
2. Continue to follow their previous pattern using courses that now appear in categories that are the same as the previous pattern;
3. Use courses previously taken when approved for the required categories; or
4. Use courses in new categories to substitute for previous requirements.

The patterns for GE Fall 2019-Spring 2021, GE Fall 2018-Spring 2019  and GE Spring 2018 & Earlier  are available for reference.
